Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy explains what personal data [Your legal entity name] ("we") handles through the TBDcalls website, why, and your choices. This website is deliberately simple: it has no user accounts and no member database.

1. What this website collects

We do not run accounts, logins, or a membership database on this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in server logs for security and reliability.

2. Memberships and payments (Whop)

Free and Premium memberships are handled by Whop. When you click a membership button you leave this website and Whop collects and processes your account, payment, and membership data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details. We may receive limited membership information from Whop to run the community.

Whop may in turn connect you to Discord. Discord handles your Discord account under its own privacy policy.

3. Contact messages

The contact form does not send data to our servers. It opens your own email app with a message prefilled; nothing is sent until you press send there. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply.

4. Market data

The Market Overview page asks our server for public price data from a third-party exchange feed. Your browser talks only to this website, and the request to the feed is made by our server.

5. How we use data

To respond to you, run the community, and keep the website secure. We do not sell personal data.

6. Legal bases (UK/EU users)

Our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, performing our contract with you where you are a member, legal obligations, and consent where requested.

7. Retention

Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and for legal or accounting reasons. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict use of your data. Contact us to exercise them. For data held by Whop or Discord, contact those companies.

9. Children

TBDcalls is for adults aged 18+. If you believe a minor is using the community, contact us.

10. Security and transfers

Our hosting provider may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards where required. No system is perfectly secure.
