Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must also meet the minimum age and follow the terms of every platform used to deliver the community, including Whop and Discord.

You are responsible for making sure your use of this site is lawful where you live. Content relating to digital assets is restricted in some jurisdictions.

2. What the service is

TBDcalls is a Discord-based community in which the operator shares personal Bitcoin market observations and publishes records of historical (closed) positions, including entry, exit, and result, for transparency and discussion.

Position records are self-reported, are not independently audited or verified, and show raw price movement before fees, funding, slippage, and leverage.

3. Not advice. No signals. No copy-trading

Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We do not provide trading signals, live trade instructions, personalized recommendations, copy-trading, or automated execution.

Historical results do not guarantee future performance. You alone are responsible for your decisions and any resulting losses.

4. This website and Whop

This website is an information and marketing site. It does not create accounts, take payments, or store membership data. Memberships (Free and Premium) are sold and managed through Whop, and your use of Whop is governed by Whop's own terms and privacy policy. TBDcalls is not affiliated with Whop.

5. Subscription and billing

Premium membership is a recurring subscription of $150/month (USD), charged monthly until you cancel. The price, taxes and billing terms shown on the Whop checkout page at the time you subscribe apply to your purchase. Prices may change with advance notice; changes will not apply until your next billing period after notice.

Payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future charges. How access works for the period already paid is shown at checkout in Whop. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law or stated in the refund terms above.

7. Private community access

Access to private channels depends on an active Premium membership. Access may be removed when a membership ends, a payment fails, or an account is suspended.

8. Community conduct

Do not harass others, post unlawful content, spam, promote scams, share others' private information, solicit funds, keys, or seed phrases, or share paid content outside the community. Do not give personalized financial advice to other members. We may remove access for breaches, without refund where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content belongs to [Your legal entity name] or its licensors. It is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute member content.

10. Market data

Market data on this site comes from a public third-party feed and is shown for information only. It may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on it to place trades.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice means you accept the update.

13. Governing law
